1. After due discussion the Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Miss. Navnet Kaur Virk, as Director of the Company.
2. The Chairman of the Company had given note on appointment of Mr. Sagar Subash Gaokar as Director, after due discussion the same was approved by the Board of Directors.
3. The Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Mr. Nitin Makhanlal Bose as Director of the Company. |
