Consequent to the said allotment of New Securities, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased

To: 98,10,329 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each amounting to Rs. 4,90,51,645
An application will be made for listing and trading approval of BSE Limited for the above New Securities in due course. |
