We have to now inform you that certified copy of the orders passed by Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench and New Delhi Bench, sanctioning the Scheme, have
been filed by the Company and Demerged Company with the concerned offices of Registrar of Companies on 19th November, 2019. Accordingly, in terms of Clause 3 of the Scheme, the Scheme has come into effect from 1st October, 2017 (Appointed Date).
