'Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 06th December, 2018 has allotted 2,48,883 equity shares of Rs.2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A of the Company.
Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to INR 16,113,35,018 comprising of 8056,67,509 equity shares of face value Rs.2/- each.'
