| Exchange Received Time 29/01/2018 18:23:37 Exchange Disseminated Time 29/01/2018 18:23:40 Time Taken 00:00:03 | In continuation to our letter dated December 18, 2017 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 9(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 1998 we would like to inform you that the Buyback Committee at their Meeting held today i.e. Monday, January 29, 2018 has fixed Friday, February 9, 2018 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the name of the equity shareholders, who are entitled to participate in the Buyback Offer of the Company.
The Committee has also approved the draft dated 29th January, 2018 of Public Announcement which will be published on 30th January, 2018.
