1. Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders;
2. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information; and
3. Policy and procedure for inquiry in case of leak of unpublished price sensitive information or suspected leak of unpublished price sensitive information.
The above may please be treated as compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of said Regulations.
