| Exchange Received Time 27/04/2021 16:45:41 Exchange Disseminated Time 27/04/2021 16:45:52 Time Taken 00:00:11 | This is to inform you that at the 214th meeting of the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Bank held today viz. 27th April 2021, inter alia, the following items of business were transacted by the Board:
1. Reviewed and approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter / Financial Year ended 31st March 2021 and the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2021 along with the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.
2. Authorized the Bank to borrow/ raise funds in Indian Currency / Foreign Currency by issue of debt Instruments including but not limited long term bonds, non-convertible debentures, perpetual debt instruments, AT 1 Bonds, Infrastructure Bonds and Tier II Capital Bonds or such other debt securities as may be permitted under RBI guidelines from time to time up to an amount of Rs.35,000 crores (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand crores only).
