Universal Capital Securities Private Limited, requests for transfer of physical shares.
In view of same, the Company has published newspaper advertisement in 'The Free Press Journal' an English Daily and 'Navshkati' a Regional Daily on July 16, 2019 giving notice of proposed transfer of shares. If within 30 days of the said notice, no objection is received in this regard then the Company shall effect the proposed transfer of shares. A copy of the said advertisement is enclosed herewith.
