1. to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30 June 2019, along with the limited review report of the auditor for the corresponding period.
2. to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any.
The trading window has been closed from 21 June 2019 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30 June 2019 are made public on 29 July 2019. |
