The Company have received request from one of the shareholder for shares pending transfer due to aforesaid reasons. Hence, the Company has issued newspaper AD giving notice of proposed transfer and if within 30 days no objection is received then the Company will effect the transfer.
A copy of the advertisement is enclosed herewith in compliance with the captioned subject.
