We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. May 15, 2019 recommended a dividend of Rs. 5.00/- (i.e. 50%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2018-19 subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (" AGM"). The dividend, if approved, will be paid/ dispatched on or before October 07,2019. |
