inter alia:
1. Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year
ended March 31, 2019 as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended
March 31, 2019 along with the Auditors' Reports issued by Deloitte Haskins & Sells, LLP, Chartered
Accountants, dated May 24, 2019 and the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for Audit Report
with modified opinion) are enclosed herewith .
2. Recommended final equity dividend @ Rs. 1.25/- per equity share (25%) of Rs. 5 each for the financial year
ended March 31, 2019 for members' approval. (Date of dispatch/payment of the aforesaid final equity
dividend shall be announced separately).
