Agarwalla, promoter of the Company has intimated that Dipajyoti Resources Private Limited presently holding 1,65,000 shares (being 0.57% of the paid-up equity capital) of the Company has become part of the Promoter Group in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2(1)(w) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Regulation 2(1)(zb)(iv) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and other applicable laws.
Consequently, the promoter holding has increased by 1,65,000 shares (being 0.57% of the paid-up equity capital).
