Of late, the Company has been receiving enquiries from some of the investors expressing concern over the continuity of investment by Thai Union Group, Thailand in Avanti Feeds Limited. Addressing the concern of the investors, the Director/ President, Global Frozen and Related Biz and the Group Chief Financial Officer of THAI UNION GROUP PCL., Thailand have issued a 'Statement' assuring continuity of Thai Union's investment in Avanti Feeds Ltd., on long term basis and plans to continue investment in Shrimp Processing Joint Venture, i.e. Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited, a subsidiary of Avanti Feeds Limited. A copy of the 'Statement' issued by Thai Union Group PCL is attached which may please be taken on record.
