Please be informed that the Company has received a notice from the Debts Recovery Tribunal on 12th November 2018 together with an ex parte interim order passed on 17th October 2018 in respect of an application filed by IDBI Bank Limited and others under Section 19 of the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993. The Company is taking necessary steps to challenge the said ex parte interim order.

In terms of Order dated September 11, 2018 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, status quo is required to be maintained with regard to any IBC proceedings against the Company.
