1. The Twentieth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the company will be held on Saturday, the 28th September 2019 at 11.00 a.m., at Madras Race Club, Guindy Lodge, Guindy, Chennai - 600032, to transact the business as set out in the Notice of the AGM.
2. Electronic copy of, the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for 2018-2019, has been sent to all the members whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depository Participant(s). Physical copies of the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for 2018-2019 have been sent to all other members at their registered addresses in the permitted mode.
3. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 22nd September 2019 to 28th September 2019 (both days inclusive).
