This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have approved the appointment of Mr. Sudipto Jana (DIN: 07066362) as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company.
He shall hold office as an Independent Director (Additional Director) for a period of 5 years (w.e.f. 30th September, 2019) subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Mr. Sudipto Jana is not related to any of the Director or Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company.
