The Postal Ballot Notice, along with other documents as required, is sent to Members whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, National Securities (NSDL) and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as on 26th October, 2018 ( Cut-off date), seeking approval of the members by way of special resolution under section 180 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013 for the sale of certain non- core assets of the company.
