| Exchange Received Time 14/09/2019 21:29:54 Exchange Disseminated Time 14/09/2019 21:30:02 Time Taken 00:00:08 | This has reference to our earlier communication dated 5th August, 2019 vide which we had informed the Exchange regarding an order dated 2nd August, 2019 passed by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta, inter alia restraining publication of the results in respect of ordinary item of business no.3 mentioned in the Notice dated 16th May 2019 relating to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 5th August, 2019, until expiry of six weeks from the date or without leave of the Hon'ble Court, whichever is earlier.
The Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta now vide its order dated 13th September, 2019 while adjourning the hearing of the matter has extended the interim order dated 2nd August, 2019 till 20th September, 2019.
