Further, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing herewith copies of Newspaper cuttings published in 'Financial Express' (English) on 05th February, 2019 and 'Financial Express' (Gujarati) on 06th February, 2019 in connection with the completion of dispatch of Postal Ballot & e-Voting Notice.
