This is in reference to the exchange notice just sent out few hours ago regarding the board meeting which approved the preferential issue of shares by the company.
In light of numerous requests to know the pricing and extent of dilution due to this proposed allotment. Kindly note that the board decided to issue the shares at a price of Rs.10 per share and extent of dilution is approximately 7.2%.
