Kindly note at the meeting of Investors' Grievances and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee held today i.e. November 5, 2018, 71,260 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company''s Employee Stock Option Scheme.
The said shares shall rank pari- passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
Resultantly, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,82,89,708 equity shares amounting to Rs. 14,14,48,540/-
