Further, in view of the adjournment of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended on 31st December, 2017, it is hereby informed that the period of closure of trading window is extended from 6th February, 2018 to 16th February, 2018 (both days inclusive) to 6th February, 2018 to 17th February, 2018 (both days inclusive), in terms of Company's internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
