Further, pursuant to Regulation 54 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the listed, Secured Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company aggregating to Rs.400 crore, issued on 5th January 2009 and outstanding as on 31st December, 2017 are secured by way of first mortgage/charge on the Company's various properties.
