| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/06/2019 12:07:07 | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 29, 2019 regarding Open Offer to the public shareholders of International Paper APPM Ltd ("Target Company") submitted by ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to Open Offer"), it was observed that the date of covering letter was wrongly mentioned as "May 29, 2018" instead of "May 29, 2019". In this regard, ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to Open Offer") has now submitted to BSE a copy of Revised covering letter with the correct date as "May 29, 2019". The contents of Open Offer remains the same. |
