Further note that in accordance with reference to circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 of National Stock Exchange of India Limited and circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 of BSE Limited, read with the provisions of the Company''s Insider Trading Code, the "Trading Window" for trading in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons (as defined in the said Code), shall remain closed effective from Tuesday, October 01, 2019 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Company''s un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2019. The trading window shall re-open from November 18, 2019.
