In this connection, in terms of the code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors & Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from May 22, 2018 till 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results in the newspapers.
