The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 4 August 2018 to Friday, 10 August 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining shareholders'' entitlement for final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, 14 May 2018 on the equity shares at the rate of 60% (INR 6 per share), for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 subject to approval of members at the ensuing annual general meeting.
The Company has decided Friday, 3 August 2018 will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering remote e-Voting facility to members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 31st AGM. The remote e-Voting period commences on Tuesday, 7 August 2018 at 9.00 am and ends on Thursday, 9 August 2018 at 5.00 pm. |
