Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code and will be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company''s shares by the designated/ connected persons of the Company, including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. |
