1. Consider and take on record the Unaudited financial
results of the Company for the third quarter and
nine months period ended 31st December, 2018, and
2. Consider a proposal for declaration of Interim
Dividend on equity shares for the current year
ending 31st March, 2019.
Further, the Trading Window for shares of our company will remain closed during the period from 17th January, 2019 to 26th January, 2019 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by our company.
