| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/06/2020 16:26:35 | | NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2020, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 3.2% of face value of Rs. 10/- per share (Re 0.32 per equity share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for the FY 2019-20 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 1.18 per equity share for the FY 2019-20 paid in March, 2020. The final dividend, if declared, will be paid within the statutory period as per the Companies Act, 2013. |
