We wish to inform that in compliance with Regulation 12 and Regulation 19(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended ("Buyback Regulations"), the Company has successfully extinguished 4,84,390 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (in dematerialized form) and 3,850 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (in physical form) pursuant to conclusion of Buyback of 4,88,240 Equity shares of the company.

We enclose herewith a copy of the letter dated May 21, 2018 from Central Depository Services (India) Ltd and the copy of letter dated May 19, 2018 from the Registrar to the Buyback confirming the extinguishment of Equity shares. A certified true copy of the certificate dated May 21, 2018 relating to extinguishment of 4,88,240 equity shares in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 12(4) of the Buyback Regulations alongwith the Statutory Auditor's certificate for Extinguishment is also attached for your records.
