i. Approved the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and period ended 31st December, 2018.
ii. Took note of the Limited Review Report for the quarter and period ended 31st December, 2018.
iii. Approved the various policies pursuant to amendments to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
iv. Approved further investments up to Rs. 40.00 crore in suitable securities of wholly-owned Indian subsidiary companies as per the requirement of funds of those companies.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 16:00 hrs. IST and ended on 17:05 hrs. IST.
