| Exchange Received Time 21/08/2019 18:12:19 Exchange Disseminated Time 21/08/2019 18:12:24 Time Taken 00:00:05 | The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide circular resolution passed today i.e. August 21, 2019 allotted 4,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Saregama Employees Stock Option Scheme 2013. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 17,42,40,120 divided into 1,74,24,012 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each.
