The Board of Directors has approved the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2018. We are enclosing herewith the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report made by Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 as Annexure- A.
The Board of Directors has reconstituted the Audit Committee by inducting Ms. Bhavna Govindbhai Desai, Independent Director as a Member in place of Shri Dinesh Gandhi (Non-Executive Director) member of the Committee. Other details as per attached letter.
