We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 30th June, 2018, upon recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Sujata Raju Poojari (DIN:08159263) as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company for a period 5 years w.e.f. 1st July, 2018 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
We hereby affirm that the said Director viz, Mrs. Sujata Poojari is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2:30 p.m.and concluded at 3:30 p.m.
