| Exchange Received Time 03/12/2018 16:54:25 Exchange Disseminated Time 03/12/2018 16:54:29 Time Taken 00:00:04 | Pursuant to the provision of Section 110 of the Companies act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended from time to time, the Company had conducted the process of Postal Ballot for seeking the approval of the members of the Company, by way of Special Resolution, for authorising the Board of Directors of the Company to sale/transfer/dispose of non-core assets of the Company as specified in the aforesaid postal ballot notice dated September 28, 2018.
Further in accordance to the regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting the results of the voting by Postal Ballot (including evoting). We are also enclosing Scrutinizer's report dated December 3, 2018.
