We hereby submit that 4,41,705 equity shares of the Company held by late Mr. Gautam Achyut were transmitted in the name of his wife Mrs. Jyotsna Gautam Kulkarni in December 2017 subsequent to his demise.
This has been informed by the Company to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on 22nd December, 2017 as required under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
