Appointed Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company
w.e.f. 7th September, 2018, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having more than 12 years of experience in Accounts, Taxation and Finance. He has done his graduation from University of Calcutta. He is associated with the Company since 2017.
