The dividend of Rs.0.75 (15%) per Equity Share as recommended by the Board, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 4th September, 2019 would be paid on or after 11th September, 2019.
Further, please note that the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote through remote e-voting or polling paper at AGM is Wednesday, 28th August, 2019.
