The Company has accepted his resignation and he ceases to be the Company Secretary w.e.f. close of working hours of August 13, 2019. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Sachin Jain also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
His successor shall be appointed within due time and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
