Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP and M/s. APAS & Co., Chartered Accountants and Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company
2.Acquisition of control of Angelica Technologies Private Limited by appointment of majority of directors on the Board of Angelica. The detailed disclosure as required under Reg 30 of SEBI LODR is enclosed as Annexure- A.
The Board Members also took note of the NSE letter No. NSE/LIST-SOP/CG/FINES/88262 dated August 19, 2019 and BSE letter No. LIST/COMP/Reg.27(2) & Reg. 17 to 21/Jun-19/540180/157/ 2019-20 dated August 19, 2019 ensured and noted that Board comprises of half of the Board of Directors as Independent Directors.
