This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday, 3 April 2019.
The trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019 to the Stock Exchanges.
