In terms of the above, we are enclosing herewith the following:

Unaudited financial results of the Company and Unaudited Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2019 under Indian Accounting Standards, which have been approved and taken on record at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today.
2. Limited Review Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, for Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2019 from our Statutory Auditors.
