The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday,
14th February, 2018 for adopting, approving and taking on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended December 31st, 2017.
Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from 6th February, 2018 to 16th February, 2018 (both days inclusive) for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
