It is further informed that as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed with effect from October 26, 2018 and it shall remain closed until 48 hours after announcement of said results.
