India vide its letter no. F. No. 7/93/2019-BOA.1 dated 30.08.2019 that the Alternative
Mechanism (AM) after consultation with Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has decided
that the Punjab National Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India
may consider the amalgamation of the Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank
of India into Punjab National Bank.
Accordingly, a meeting of Board of Directors to consider the amalgamation will be
convened by the Bank shortly.
This is in compliance with the regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. |
