This has reference to the filing of e-Voting results for the year 2018-19 (through .pdf and under XBRL mode) on 17th August, 2019 wherein we mentioned 'No' inadvertently under the column, 'Whether promoter/ promoter group are interested in the agenda/resolution?', against Resolution no.3. We have now corrected it as 'Yes' and are attaching the e-Voting Results for your information and record. We confirm that there are no other corrections made in the voting results and the correction made as mentioned above does not have any impact on the voting results.
