Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from July 14, 2019 to July 27, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the names of eligible shareholders for payment of dividend @ Rs.2.50 (Two Rupees fifty paisa ) per equity share for the financial year 2018-2019. Dividend upon its declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 27, 2019, will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members/ Beneficial Owner list as on the date of Book Closure except shares held by Escorts Benefit & Welfare Trust.
