This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on 28th May, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at its registered office situated at 304, New Delhi House 27, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110 001 inter-alia to consider, approve and adopt Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and to consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended 31st March, 2019 along with other matter as the Board may decide.
Further in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window shall continue to be closed and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 28th May, 2019 for Promoters, Promoter's Group and Designated Employees.
